Notice on Processing Children and Adolescents Data

1. Commitment
H10 processes children and adolescents data always in the best interest of the data subject, under art. 14 of the LGPD and the ECA, with specific, highlighted consent from at least one parent or legal guardian.
2. Minimization
On the public site we collect only the minimum from the student: first name and age, plus unit of interest and sports goal. We do not collect documents, health data, the minor’s full address or sensitive data. Health information is handled only at enrollment, with proper legal basis and controls.
3. Who provides the data
The minor’s data is provided and authorized by the legal guardian. H10 does not direct collection at children.
4. Purposes
Service, class recommendation, scheduling and running the trial class, communication with the guardian and relationship management. The minor’s data is not used for targeted advertising nor sent to ad platforms.
5. Image and sound
Capturing and using a minor’s image and sound (voice) requires the legal guardian’s authorization, granted upon signing the enrollment contract with H10 or in a specific Image and Sound Use Authorization Term. Without it, H10 does not publish identifiable individual images or voice of the minor. The guardian may revoke this authorization at any time, as provided in that Term.
6. Security and rights
The minor’s data is protected by reinforced measures. The guardian may exercise art. 18 rights on the minor’s behalf through the DPO channel.
